Comfort Source has its chairs produced by a factory with over 10 years of experience in the production of both home and vending massage chairs. They have more experience and expertise than anyone in the industry.

Comfort Source spends more money for quality parts than any other distributor of vending massage chairs. We install American made bill acceptors in our chairs made by Pyramid Technologies and we also include a dedicated power supply just for the acceptor. This ensures the least amount of bill jams because of power supply instability.

We also include industrial grade motors, hinges, padding, zippers, and frame welding to make sure our chairs perform for 1000's of minutes longer than our competitors

What are the best locations to operate vending massage chairs in?

Every part of the country has different opportunities. We find the locations that perform best are the ones that have regular weekly clientele that wait for service such as Laundromats and Beauty salons.

Why choose vending massage chairs over traditional vending machines like snack food, drinks, or games?

Vending massage chair market is still in its infancy. The other machines are already in all the best locations because the traditional vending product has been around for many years. Also, chances are good that you will place your chairs in areas with no competition.

What do I need to do to get started?

This business is perfect for the 1 person operation. You will be able to transport your chairs in a van or SUV. You will be able to service the chairs yourself in a very short amount of time. I spend about 20 hours per week servicing over 100 chairs—I visit each chair once a week. I always want to check on my "employees"!

We recommend you purchase a commercial liability insurance policy. Any commercial agent should be able to provide this to you, or we can put you in touch with our agent.

What is your warranty?

Comfort Source provides a 1 year, 100% full coverage warranty. We agree to replace any defective part. Also since we use American-made bill acceptors we can get quick replacements for any defective units.

Who will I deal with after the sale?

You will only deal with the owner. Steve has built this business by himself and operates over 100 chairs. He found all his own locations and services all his own chairs.

He feels very strongly about helping his clients succeed. You will not be passed on to a customer service rep.

Can I talk with existing customers?

Yes, we have several customers who are happy to speak with you about your concerns when starting a new business.
